鹽蘿蔔的腌制方法

  1、準備白蘿蔔1根、辣椒2-3勺、蒜末适量、白醋1勺、生抽2勺子、生姜片2-3片、鹽适量、胡椒5-8粒、白糖1勺。

  2、蒜末、辣椒段、生姜片備用,蘿蔔刷洗幹淨去皮後切成薄片/切條,白蘿蔔片在大碗裡鋪一層又一層。

  3、撒上一層少許鹽、放入一大勺白糖、兩大勺子生抽、倒入一勺白醋、生姜片2-3片、蒜末、辣椒段、胡椒5-8粒抓拌均勻。

  4、加好的調料,蓋上蓋子放入冰箱冷藏2天即可。
