  1、食材:醬油、葷油、白胡椒粉、雞精各适量。

  2、燒開水,水開後,将火關至極小處,打入一個雞蛋,待其成形後再慢慢将火開大一些,等雞蛋半透明時将其撈出備用;

  3、将青蒜洗淨,整根放入開水鍋中燙斷生,取出,切小段備用;

  4、取大碗,放入醬油,葷油、雞精、胡椒粉備用;

  5、燒開水,水開後,下入面條,煮熟後,先在鍋中勺出面湯,澆進放了調料的碗中,再挑入面條,最後放入雞蛋及青蒜即成。
