  1、先将豬肉切薄片,洋蔥切細絲,蔥、姜切絲,待用。

  2、鍋裡放入适量的熟豬油,待油熱後,放入花椒粉,八角,幹辣椒爆香。

  3、再放入五花肉,小火煸炒至變色出油,放入蔥姜絲,放入洋蔥,炒出香味,再放入酸菜絲翻炒。

  4、生抽,鹽調味,加少量的水,轉小火,蓋鍋焖1分鐘,即可出鍋。
