  1、蝦屬于生冷海鮮,蒸不熟容易拉肚子,時間也不宜太長,蒸太久蝦肉就會變老,清蒸蝦時,要注意蒸時候的時間,一般大約15分鐘左右,蒸熟起鍋再加點蘸料就可以吃了。

  2、清蒸蝦的做法:

  (1)材料:蝦适量、鹽少許、香油适量、醬油一勺、花椒一勺、料酒一勺、蔥一個、姜一塊、醋一勺。

  (2)蝦洗淨,用牙簽挑去蝦線,洗淨沙袋,去掉頭,将蔥姜絲放在盤子底部,加花椒,蔥切絲,姜一半切絲,一半切末,碼上蝦,加料酒放屜上蒸10分鐘。姜末加醬油,加耗油,加醋兌成碗汁,蘸食,蒸好的蝦擺盤,這樣就蒸好一盤清蒸蝦了。
