  1、身體自然站立,肩部保持放松,收腹挺胸,背部挺直,保持身體的穩定,雙手抓握啞鈴垂于身體兩側。

  2、兩手持鈴同時向兩側舉起,舉到上臂與地面平行或者感覺到三角肌的收縮即可,這樣能保持三角肌持續緊張;然後慢慢地循原路落下回原位,再重複做。
