紅蘿蔔的腌菜方法

  1、原料:胡蘿蔔一顆、蘋果和梨各半個、蔥兩根、辣椒面、生姜、魚露。

  2、把蘋果、梨、姜切碎,加入鹽、味精、糖攪拌(可以依自己的口味),再加入辣椒面 魚露繼續攪拌;

  3、把胡蘿蔔切絲,蔥切段備用;

  4、胡蘿蔔絲倒入調料汁一起攪拌均勻。然後裝到保鮮盒裡,把蔥放在最上層;用保鮮袋包好,密封住。放到冰箱裡四五天左右即可。
