  方法如下:

  1、先把蘿蔔的櫻子用刀切掉;

  2、用刀把蘿蔔的須子削淨;

  3、把蘿蔔洗淨後放在砧闆上切成滾刀塊;

  4、在鍋裡倒入油,把蘿蔔倒到鍋裡過油;

  5、等蘿蔔發黃後撈出;

  6、把蔥花放進鍋裡煸香,加入雞精,胡椒粉,糖,醬油;

  7、燒小蘿蔔時放一點話梅湯,可以去除小蘿蔔的苦味;

  8、不蓋鍋蓋,慢慢燒;

  9、沒有苦味的小蘿蔔燒好了。
