  1、食材準備:菠菜500克,精鹽7克,味精2克,蒜泥10克,熟花生油50克。

  2、将菠菜洗淨,切成5厘米長的小段。

  3、鍋上火燒熱,放入菠菜煸炒幾下,放精鹽、花生油、蒜泥,再炒3分鐘。

  4、菠菜軟嫩,略有湯汁時,投入味精,拌和均勻,裝盤即成。
