1、蘑菇洗淨撕成小塊,控幹水分,加少許鹽腌十分鐘。

2、面粉和澱粉加水調勻。

3、加入雞蛋攪拌均勻。

4、加入适量鹽和五香粉。

5、鍋中加油,燒到六七成熱,把蘑菇沾上糊,一個一個下入炸至變色。

6、撈出控油。

7、複炸一遍至金黃色即可。
