  1、煎魚粘鍋可以在鍋底抹上姜汁然後待油熱之後煎魚,還可以在魚上沾上一層雞蛋糊或者薄薄的面粉再放入油鍋煎,或者洗淨魚後在煎炸前,把魚或魚塊先用細鹽或料酒腌漬一下也能防止魚皮粘鍋。

  2、如果煎魚是新鮮的魚,可以不除鱗片魚洗幹淨後,将水晾幹,下熱油煎,如果是腌魚,魚鱗應該在煎前去除,并清洗幹淨。
