豆豉油焖筍怎麼做

  1、材料:綠竹筍8支、豆豉1大匙、嫰姜片少許。

  2、調味料:素蚝油1大匙、黑糖(增加色澤)2茶匙、鹽适量、胡椒粉少許、昆布粉少許、香油少許。

  3、竹筍去皮洗淨切滾刀塊,在滾水中川燙即起鍋。

  4、炒鍋入油爆香姜片及豆豉(油略多些),放入竹筍煸炒,焖5分鐘,加調味料及2大匙水,用中大火焖燒5分鐘,待入味收幹湯汁,淋些香油盛盤
