  1、主料:五花肉1塊、面筋3個。輔料:油适量、醬油适量、味精少許、冰糖15個、香葉2片、桂枝3根、當歸1根、草果1個、八角1個。

  2、鍋下少許油,下冰糖炒出糖色,下面筋翻炒後下肉,加入滿過材料的水。

  3、放入香料,味精,醬油,喜歡顔色更深的,可以再加一匙老抽。

  4、中火炖煮到收汁就可以了。
