  1、備好材料,菠菜250克,雞蛋2個,白芝麻5克,輔料,鹽适量,亞麻籽油适量,醋1湯匙。

  2、菠菜摘洗幹淨切段。

  3、入沸水中焯一下,撈出瀝水。

  4、白芝麻稍炒一下。

  5、雞蛋打散,入煎鍋中煎成蛋皮。

  6、取出切成絲,待用。

  7、菠菜與蛋皮放于大碗中,加入芝麻、油、鹽、醋拌勻即成。
