  1、裡脊肉500克、食用油500克、雞蛋1個、香蔥1棵、生姜一小塊、面粉芝麻适量。

  2、方法:雞蛋打入碗内,肉洗淨切片,放入雞蛋液中,加水、澱粉、面粉抓勻,蔥、姜洗淨切末。

  3、碗内放料酒、 糖、香醋、鹽、蔥、姜、澱粉、高湯兌成芡汁。鍋内放油,燒至五成熱,下入肉片,炸至焦脆,撈出瀝油。鍋内留底油,烹入芡汁,倒入肉片,炒勻,淋香油與芝麻即可。
