福建米粉怎麼炒

用料:雞蛋2隻、香腸1根、青蒜1根、冬筍1兩、生抽若幹、橄榄油若幹、福建米粉4兩。

做法:

1、取4兩粉幹用開水泡開。

2、開水浸泡5分鐘後濾掉開水再用涼水沖洗。濾掉涼水後拌上生抽待用。

3、香腸,冬筍,青蒜切絲,雞蛋打散。

4、起油鍋後加少許青蒜爆香,加入雞蛋和香腸翻炒。香腸熟了後加米粉和筍絲及剩下的青蒜,用筷子攪拌勺子翻炒至成熟即可。
