  1、芸豆浸泡4小時左右。時間不可過長,否則會開口。

  2、将泡好的豆子放入鍋中,加水剛好沒過即可。大火煮沸兩分鐘關火,将水倒掉。這一步主要祛豆腥味。

  3、重新加水,煮開後,轉小火慢焖,直至豆子煮綿爛。加入冰糖收汁。

  4、将做好的豆子放入冰箱冷藏後即可食用。
