  1、材料:中蝦、蒜蓉、芝士片3-4片、鹽、醬油。

  2、蝦用剪刀減去須和刺,在腹部切開兩半,不要切斷,然後除去蝦背的沙腸。

  3、起油鍋,放入蒜蓉、鹽和少許醬油爆炒至金黃色。

  4、把蒜蓉放入開邊蝦中,鋪上芝士片。

  5、蒸鍋水燒開後,放入蝦中火蒸5分鐘。
