  1、輔料。蔥絲5克、姜絲10克、生抽5克、老抽2克、香油8克、精鹽2克、十三香2克、料酒2克、食用油5毫升

  2、胡蘿蔔刮皮切成絲,姜末,蔥末

  3、容器中倒入面粉,清水,邊倒邊攪拌成絮狀,揉成面團,醒發20分鐘

  4、鍋中倒油,倒入姜末,蔥末,大火爆香,倒入胡蘿蔔絲,翻炒均勻

  5、豬肉末,料酒,攪拌均勻

  6、倒入炒好的胡蘿蔔絲,生抽,老抽,料酒,鹽,十三香,攪拌均勻

  7、面團上撒上面粉,揉成條,切成劑子,壓扁,擀成餃子皮,包入餡料,包成餃子
