  1、将鮮蝦去頭、去殼、去蝦線。然後放料酒和鹽腌制5分鐘。

  2、馬蹄切成圓片,青紅椒去籽切成圈。青紅椒焯水,撈出過冷過備用。

  3、熱油鍋,先滑熟蝦。等蝦變紅卷起如球時,再放入馬蹄、青紅椒加鹽快速翻炒。勾芡拌均勻即可上碟。
