  2、開水确實不能防止太久再喝。這是因為,久置的開水中含氮的有機物會不斷被分解成亞硝酸鹽,同時,難免有微生物的介入會加速含氮有機物的分解。亞硝酸鹽對身體的危害衆所周知,它具有很強的與體内血紅蛋白結合的能力,會妨礙血液正常的運氧功能。所以,開水最好當天喝完。
