  1、準備用料。香椿芽、黃豆、鹽、雞精。

  2、将香椿芽沖洗幹淨。

  3、鍋中注入水加入鹽大火燒開後關火,下入香椿芽汆燙2秒鐘。

  4、汆燙好的香椿芽切碎。

  5、将泡發好的黃豆煮制5分鐘。

  6、把黃豆和香椿芽混合,加入鹽和雞精調味即可。
