1、材料:枇杷、冰糖、水。

1、枇杷用淡鹽水浸泡5分鐘,洗淨。

2、一切兩半,取出果核不要,果核處的白色内膜也撕掉,還有果蒂處的黑眼也取幹淨。

3、放冰糖一起腌制,不得加水因枇杷本身有水分,冰糖遇之自然溶解。

4、如果加水則易腐爛,不能存放。大約腌制半月月即可。
