  1、将魚柳切成五毫米左右厚度的魚片,然後将切好的魚片放入盆中,蔥姜切片,然後在盆中倒入香油、料酒、蔥、姜、花椒、鹽等腌制十五分鐘左右;

  2、把腌好的魚放入盤中,同時在鍋中倒入适量水燒開;

  3、水燒開後,把腌制好的魚片放入鍋中蒸十分鐘左右;

  4、蒸好後從鍋中取出,取一個小碗,在小碗内倒入醬油、花椒油、芥末等調料拌勻,用魚肉蘸取少許調料,即可食用。
