  1、材料:豬腳一隻,冰糖五顆,八角兩個,姜片十片,蔥段兩段,草果一個,調料:鹽,雞精,五香粉一茶匙,醬油一湯匙

  2、用姜片蔥段一半量煮開水,焯豬腳一分鐘,在水開的時候放料酒繼續煮一分鐘,撈出過冷水沖洗幹淨。

  3、鍋上坐油,涼油放冰糖,小火融化,等全部融化并冒泡時,放入豬腳翻炒,兩分鐘。

  4、放入姜片蔥段,八角草果繼續翻炒兩分鐘,倒一湯匙醬油,翻炒均勻,注入開水,大火燒開轉小火炖至豬蹄軟爛。

  5、放鹽,五香粉,雞精,炖二十分鐘入味。收汁出鍋即可。
