  3、老母雞放入滾水中,焯去浮沫,撈出。

  4、母雞、當歸、山藥、黨參、枸杞、大棗、生姜一起放入砂鍋,注入少量料酒、适量水,大火煮至開鍋、改小火慢炖2小時,加入适量精鹽。
