  1、首先将牛腱肉用紅鹵水鹵熟,韭菜薹切段。

  2、鹵好的牛肉切為大薄片,用八成熱的油炸至幹酥。

  3、鍋内留底油,煸香蒜末,加入鹽、味精、白糖、花椒粉、紅辣椒油.放入牛肉片、韭菜薹和紅椒絲,煸炒即可了的。
