  1、食材準備:番茄、菇類洗好切片待用,肉丸及蝦滑備好。

  2、大火煮開,放入菌湯調料40g,用勺子攪拌開。

  3、煮沸的菌湯中,倒入菌類。

  4、依次放入肉丸、蝦滑。

  5、待丸子、蝦滑浮到水面後,放入番茄。

  6、蓋上鍋蓋,煮約3分鐘。

  7、煮熟後,出鍋!
