香炒蘿蔔粒做法竅門

  1、烏賊放冷水裡浸泡4-5小時,洗淨後焯水備用,蘿蔔切長條,香菇切粒,蔥姜蒜切好備用。

  2、菜籽油和豬油倒入鍋内加熱至7、8成熟調小火,放入蔥姜蒜煸香,放入香菇粒。

  3、炒到香菇變軟,倒入焯水好的烏賊翻炒2、3分鐘。

  4、倒入蘿蔔條,撒點椒鹽,倒入溫水中火煮5、6分鐘。

  5、煮至蘿蔔變軟,淋少許的香油,撒些青蒜葉就可以。
