1.首先準備若幹新鮮的山楂,用水洗幹淨晾幹水分。

2.用刀慢慢切成厚度均勻的薄片,大概在0.4厘米左右。

3.切好的山楂片晾幹水分,放在塑料桶裡面準備用火炒。

4.用的是大鐵鍋,小鐵鏟,将山楂片放進鍋裡面用鐵鏟不停地翻動,要受熱均勻。

5.炮制到這個顔色位置,停火。将鐵鍋端在露天環境下,讓其散熱即可。

6.這個是炮制好的焦山楂片。
