  1、昂公魚湯的用料,昂公魚2條,絲瓜1條,西紅柿1個,生姜3片,大蒜3瓣,油,鹽味,精。

  2、生姜切片,大蒜拍碎,昂公魚洗幹淨。

  3、鍋中倒油,生姜大蒜放入鍋中爆香,放入昂公魚用小火兩面煎黃,大概一兩分鐘的樣子,然後倒入黃酒去腥,最後加入水,按照你要喝的量加,改大火炖。

  4、炖到湯色發白,大概十五分鐘的樣子,倒入切好的絲瓜跟西紅柿,燒開,三五分鐘的樣子,加入鹽味精,關火出鍋。
