  1、原料:煮熟的土豆50克,蔥頭25克,肉35克;鹽、雞精各适量。

  2、制法: (1)熟土豆去皮切厚片;蔥頭切絲;肉去皮切絲。

  (2)平底鍋内倒油燒熱,放進土豆片煎至一面呈金黃色,放入蔥頭絲、肉絲,再把土豆另一面煎至金黃色即可。

  3、特點: 如果用生土豆,就要切薄片。
