醋蛋液怎麼食用

  每天服用20至30ml,服用時可加入涼開水稀釋,也可加入蜂蜜混合攪勻後加入涼開水稀釋,靜置一段時間後,即可食用。

  醋蛋液的制作方法是,

  1、将一枚生雞蛋用涼開水洗淨後,放入大口玻璃瓶裡,倒入150到180ml9度米醋,每瓶米醋500ml可以泡3個雞蛋;

  2、靜置24小時後,蛋殼溶解,用筷子将蛋膜調破,攪勻,再靜置24小時即制成醋蛋液。
