  1、采摘剛發紫,圓潤,飽滿的無花果。

  2、無花果去皮。無花果的皮比較苦澀,脫皮之後能增強口感。可從中間縱剖成兩半,然後用勺子挖出果肉。

  3、把去皮的果肉放到透氣的篩子上,果心向外在太陽下曬,一段時間後撥弄一下。應選擇太陽較猛烈的中午和下午曬。

  4、一般經過7天的幹燥,就可以封裝進袋。
