清炒三蔬的做法

  1、主料:西蘭花100g、荷蘭豆100g、紫甘藍80g、食鹽适量、元貞糖适量。

  2、西蘭花洗淨切小朵,甜豆洗淨去掉頭尾和筋,紫甘藍用手撒成小片備用;

  3、熱油鍋,把備用的青辣椒片,姜片和蒜末放進鍋中炒香;

  4、倒入比較難熟一點的甜豆和西蘭花炒勻,可适量加一 點點水以名糊鍋;

  5、在西蘭花和甜豆約七成熟時再加入紫甘藍,炒至全熟加鹽和一點糖提鮮即可!
