  1、涼拌苦瓜:苦瓜切成條,在水裡煮熟(煮的時候加些油,顔色會特别綠,不會變黑),也加些鹽,煮好後撈出過冷水,然後裝入盤内加蒜蓉,醬油,醋,麻油就可以了。

  2、涼拌連藕:把連藕切片,放入水中煮熟,加醋,醬油,少許鹽,雞精,蒜蓉,麻油拌勻。

  3、涼拌黃瓜:把黃瓜放在案闆上拍散,再切成鍛,加醋,醬油,雞精,辣椒,麻油拌勻。
