陝北燴豆腐怎麼做

  1、主料:北豆腐250克。輔料:青蒜100克,肥瘦豬肉50克。調料:色拉油20克,醬油2克,白砂糖3克,香油3克,豌豆澱粉5克。

  2、青蒜清洗幹淨後切斜段,蒜白與蒜青分開備用;

  3、豬肉洗淨絞碎;

  4、豆腐切方塊;

  5、鍋中倒入20克油,先将肉炒松,再放入蒜白少香;

  6、放進切好的豆腐塊及調味料(高湯3/4杯、醬油2克、糖3克、麻油3克)所有材料,先用大火煮開,再改用小火煮約五分鐘,放入青蒜;

  7、最後用澱粉、水勾芡後即可盛出。
