  準備材料:

  毛蛤250克

  菠菜250克

  生姜1小塊

  大蒜5瓣

  香油2小匙

  香醋1小匙

  鹽1小匙

  味精0.5小匙

  做法:

  1.将姜蒜洗淨切末,毛蛤煮熟後取肉

  2.菠菜洗淨,焯水20秒撈出過涼水瀝幹後切成段

  3.将毛蛤、菠菜、鹽、醋、香油、味精、姜蒜末放入容器中攪拌均勻裝盤即可。
