  後彎腰,雙腿與肩同寬,雙手叉腰,四指在前,拇指在後。将拇指按在腰眼處,轉頭帶動上半身向後轉動,到能承受的最大限度後複原,反複做18次。動作要緩慢,幅度由小到大,循序漸進。

  墊軟枕,将高約10厘米的軟枕置于腰骶部或腰下疼痛的部位,但要調整到自己感覺舒适、滿意為宜。

  熱敷法、粗沙包在布袋裡,趁熱敷在患處,每次30分鐘,早晚各一次,注意不要燙傷皮膚。
