處暑後适宜多吃蜜拌藕

  處暑,是暑氣結束的時節,表明暑天接近結束。針對處暑節氣“燥邪主氣”的特點,推薦兩種潤燥小點。

  蜂蜜拌藕片即将藕洗淨切片用開水焯一下撈出,放入适量蜂蜜即可。藕性味甘涼,富含多種營養素,尤其是維生素C含量最多;蜂蜜既是滋補佳品,又是治療多種疾病的良藥,能直接供給熱量,補充體液營養全身,是涼血生津潤燥的良方。

  銀耳雪梨羹具有養陰潤燥、止咳平喘、清心降火等功用。做法是将銀耳用涼水泡開、雪梨切片用水煮即可,特别适用于陰液不足所緻的幹咳、口渴、腸燥便秘、皮膚幹燥等症。
