将白砂糖、水、白醋放入鍋中,開大火,用鍋鏟不斷攪拌。

等鍋中水分蒸發差不多,有大量白沫冒出時,關火,将山楂放入。

小心翻炒,讓糖盡量均勻裹在山楂上,成型即可出鍋。
