準備材料:蟹肉塊150G、雞蛋清1個、香菜4根、鹽少許、白胡椒粉1/5勺、澱粉3勺、清水約600ML;

制作步驟:

(1)蟹肉塊解凍,用刀剁的碎碎的;

(2)原材料備齊。

(3)清水600ML左右,燒開,倒入調好的水澱粉。一定要倒入,一點點,一點點倒,這樣才不結塊。邊倒邊攪拌;

(4)倒完水澱粉,稍稍煮一會;

(5)等鍋裡微微沸騰時倒入蟹肉;

(6)雞蛋分離出雞蛋清,攪拌,打散;

(7)鍋裡微微沸騰時下入雞蛋清,邊倒邊攪;

(8)燒開後,關火,下入香菜末,撒入白胡椒粉即可。
