豬皮凍怎麼做好吃

材料:淨豬肉皮350克,蔥姜蒜共50克。啤酒1/2杯,雞精1茶匙,精鹽1茶匙,胡椒粉1茶匙。

肉皮刮洗幹淨,出過水,用清水漂洗幹淨;蔥姜蒜剝淨表皮,切片。

把肉皮、蔥姜蒜、啤酒等調味品和1000克開水同放鍋中,燒開,移至小火慢煮。

待肉皮煮至将熟,連同蔥姜蒜同時撈出,肉皮切小片(蔥姜蒜不用),再放入鍋中,繼續熬煮。

待湯汁呈“線狀”有黏稠之感時,盛入深盤中,涼透,放入冰箱内,稍涼即可拌食。
